Like most filmmakers, we want to make great movies that everyone wants to see - and that sell.... Worldwide. We want our investors to get their money back (and some). We want to make a profit.
We know a great script is imperative - but it's not the whole story.
The director can make or break a project. The co-producer(s) can help move things forward, or help make sure the project never sees the light of day!
Making a great movie is a team effort. In independent filmmaking, elements constantly shift and change. Too many things can go wrong if there is no clear goal.
